Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Autark API Gateway, IDE Router, and related infrastructure components provided by Cyans SEZC Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

2. Enterprise Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For our "Enterprise" and "Extension" tier users, uptime guarantees, support response times, and compliance SLA commitments are governed strictly by your custom Order Form and MSA. The following public terms apply general usage for "Gain-Share API" tiers and public documentation access.

3. API Usage and Fair Access

Our core service routes internal API requests to LLM providers. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these terms.
  • Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive or otherwise objectionable in relation to your use of the Service.
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise our systems or security.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the cryptographic vaulting modules natively provided by the core engine.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Cyans SEZC Ltd and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Autark platform, including all associated Intellectual Property Rights. Feedback, bug reports, and feature requests you provide may be implemented without restriction or compensation.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". We disclaim all representations and warranties, express, implied or statutory, not expressly set out in these terms, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cyans SEZC Ltd, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Anguilla, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
